‘We’ refers to the Greenman Group and its subsidiaries.

‘Your/you’ refers to an applicant to the Growing Further Awards.

The awards will be judged by a group of representatives of the Greenman Group and / or an external judging panel (the “Judging Panel”) and their decision will be final.

By submitting an entry, you agree to provide information that is accurate and a true representation of your business. The Greenman Group and the Judging Panel reserve the right not to progress an entry if they consider the information provided inaccurate or misleading. The Judging Panel reserves the right not to award a prize if no entry is deemed to satisfy the aims and criteria of the prize.

We are not responsible for verifying any intellectual property rights relating to your entry and by entering the awards you confirm that you are the legal owner of all IP in relation to your entry. We undertake that the details of all submissions will be used only for the purposes of this awards initiative and will not be used for any other purpose.

You also agree that a summary of your entry (save for any private financial/IP information which has been clearly marked) and any photos taken on the day of the final awards event may be shared publicly via Group Social Media Channels such as Linked in, Websites etc. for the purposes of promotion.

Eligible applicants must be in operation for less than 4 years and have less than 30 employees.

Attendance at the awards day will be mandatory to receive an individual category award or the overall award, except for exceptional circumstances outside control of the individual. All costs of travel will be required to be paid by the individual and will not be covered in part or in full by any subsidiary of the Greenman Group.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Greenman Group, its Subsidiaries and the Judging Panel exclude all liability for any direct or indirect loss or liability, costs, claims, taxes, charges, or expenses arising from your participation in the competition.
